• Flexible Email Limits: Included are 50 emails daily, ideal for small businesses and startups. Need more? Easily upgrade to higher limits.

Our Joomla Maintenance and Update Service offers a hassle-free subscription for maintaining your Joomla website. We ensure that your website is checked monthly and remains up-to-date with the latest updates and security patches.

This service includes:

• Monthly Backend Checks: Logging into the backend of your website to ensure its health and performance.
• Joomla Core and Extension Updates: Updating the Joomla core and all active extensions to the latest available versions within the current major release.
• Immediate Emergency Updates: Prompt action upon the release of critical updates to protect your website.
• Backup and Fallback: A complete backup prior to each update, with a fallback option in case an update fails.
• Flexible Problem Resolution: In the event of a failed update, you have the choice to either ask us to resolve the issue at our standard hourly rate, or you can choose to postpone the failing update.

Please note: This service is valid as long as the current major version of Joomla installed on your website is supported. When the lifecycle of the current major version ends, our service will cease. At that point, we are ready to assist you with migrating your website to the latest Joomla major version. This migration service is not included in the annual subscription and will be performed based on our standard rates and in consultation with you. In this way, we ensure that your website is not only updated and secure but also future-proof.

With our WordPress Maintenance and Update Service, we offer a hassle-free subscription for the maintenance of your WordPress website. We ensure that your website is checked monthly and remains up-to-date with the latest updates and security patches.

This service includes:

• Monthly Backend Checks: Logging into the WordPress dashboard to monitor and optimize the health of your website.
• WordPress Core and Plugin Updates: We take care of the updates for the WordPress core and all (licensed) installed plugins, ensuring they always contain the latest versions.
• Theme Updates: Your themes are updated to ensure compatibility and security.
• Security Checks: We perform regular security scans to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Backup and Fallback: We create a full backup of your website before each update and provide a restoration option in case of problems after an update.
• Flexible Problem Resolution: In the event of a failed update, you have the choice to either ask us to resolve the issue at our standard hourly rate, or you can choose to postpone the failing update.

Please note: This service is valid as long as your WordPress version is supported. When a new major release of WordPress is launched, we will advise you and, if desired, we can assist you with upgrading to this new version. Upgrading to a new major version is not included in this subscription and will be carried out in consultation and at our standard rates.
